The one I am referencing in this article is from simplyrecipes.com but most of the other recipes are going to be very similar.

The ingredients for quiche Lorraine include eggs, cream, Gruyere cheese and seasonings. This can be used as the base for any other type of quiche you’d like to make, and you can certainly get creative with the ingredients. Don’t forget the crust, either. Remember this isn’t just an omelette, it’s a type of pastry and you want to get the crust just righ. I make it easy on myself and use prepackaged pie crusts but you’re certainly able to make your own crust from scratch.


The great thing about quiche Lorraine is that it can be paired if anything from orange juice to Cabernet Sauvignon. So whether you’re having mess for breakfast, lunch or dinner I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it.
