Did Someone Say Pie?
Jose Mier in my Sun Valley, CA kitchen. No recipes today, merely the confirmation that we’re officially in Autumn. This means it’s time for the holidays and Thanksgiving is just around the corner.
I’m not going to bore you with a bunch of cooking steps this time. I just want to express my love for pumpkin pie. Every time Autumn rolls around I get excited thinking about pumpkin pie and how much longer I have to wait to eat it. If I start jonesing too much I’ll go out and buy one well before Thanksgiving, but waiting makes it extra special.
Next time, ask me about pecan pie. That’s a whole other story (and one I’ll be happy to share).
